Oh my gosh what a great meeting. We had 9 people show up, 1 person weight in earlier and I know of a few more that might get in before this next meeting. I have 2 friends from Spokane who are joining us.
The Muffin Top Group is going to be very competitive. I think we have a few girls already making threats to be the winner. One of them is ME. So let's meet each other.

The Challenge
Keep a complete FOOD JOURNAL for the week. Write down everything that you put in your mouth. Track Track Track!!!!!! Every diet I have ever done, and been successfull with I have wrote down my food. So if we can get in habbit of this, I know we can learn from what we are putting in our mouth.
